Situated centrally in Auckland, this successful firm has a new opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial lawyer with 3 to 5 years experience in the commercial areas
You will be working with a Partner and his team whose practice includes extensive work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and securities issuance.
We are looking for applicants with a background in general commercial law with specific experience in the areas of the Companies Act, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, and IPO processes. In addition you will have a good working knowledge of the Securities Act and Listing Rules.
When you join this team, you will have active client involvement with clients who come from a variety of sectors including financial institutions, shareholder groups, investment banks and other major listed companies.
We are looking for candidates who are intellectually agile, commercially astute, with strong client facing skills and 3-5 years post qualification experi
