Description |
Our client, a leading security company are looking for outstanding stars to join their customer service team. Your job will be to manage a variety of phone calls; liaising with both internal and external customers and dispatching.
This role is located in Penrose. . . .lots of side street parking available!!
To be successful in this role you will:
Have customer service experience - telephone or face-to-face
Great attitude!
Be flexible with your working hours
Possess a knowledge of computers
Be a clear communicator
Have proven customer service experience
