Childcare Services Recruitment
Department Liaison Officer - NZ ABC Developmental Learning Centres is a recognised leader in the childcare industry, offering high quality care and educational services globally.
An opportunity exists within the National Operations Department for a Department Liaison Officer to join the team in New Zealand.
Based in Auckland, this position will cover both the North and South Islands.
As the Department Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the monitoring of compliance and licensing of a range of childcare centres throughout New Zealand.
This role is a full time position (38 hours per week). You will report to the National Department Liaison Manager in Australia.
To succeed in the role of Compliance Liaison Officer, you must have an extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the legislative requirements for the operation of childcare centres throughout New Zealand.
Essential Criteria:
Strong understanding of legislative requirements for childcare (long day care) centres
Ability to meet deadlines and work within set time frames
A high level of computer literacy
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
Driver¡¯s licence and ability to travel
Salary will range between $55,000 and $60,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
