Description |

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in our Newton Road contact centre. The role is inbound, dealing with a variety of technical, accounts and sales queries.
Ideally you will have:
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• A natural ¡®smile in your voice¡¯
• An ability to explain technical concepts to customers
• An ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Computer literacy, keyboard and data entry skills
• Ability to work shift work, including weekends
• An interest in the telecommunications industry.
