Details of the role:
Develop marketing programs across the Group which ensure consistent brand presence, and maintain and improve the Company¡¯s market share.
Co-ordinate market research and analysis relevant to the business of the Group. Develop programs which enhance the position of the Group as above.
Identify, investigate and advise on the feasibility of new marketing initiatives which grow the business of the Group. Implement approved initiatives. Complete other business development projects / initiatives as identified / assigned.

Experience and skills we are looking for:
Relevant Marketing experience (minimum 5-7 years)
Relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing /business)
Effective leadership and motivational skills
Advanced industry knowledge, or ability to learn quickly.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to gain buy-in for relevant stakeholders.
Strategic development skills and high level of commercial acumen.
Team working skills.
