Presently we are expanding our Auckland Call Centre and looking for a new team leader to lead the way with a great service ethos, fantastic work ethic and an outstanding attitude. Ideally you will have: • Minimum of 2 years within the call centre environment • Minimum of 12 months experience in a supervisory capacity • Ability to demonstrate practical understanding of leadership principles and relevant challenges • Proven demonstrable ability to coach others and mentor • Solid technical knowledge specifically focused on ISP • Previous technical support experience • Solid understanding of call centre principles and general practice • Ability to demonstrate fundamentals of KPI's in terms of focus, review and identification • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills Are you up for a challenge? ihug is a dynamic company that offers great pay, a flexible career path and other benefits to staff.
