Description |
This is a rare opportunity with one of my favourite clients to join them as a Team Manager . This trust organisation does amazing work in the Wellington community and they are looking for a professional individual who has managed people and possibly had exposure to the health industry.
The successful candidate should be a customer focused individual who demonstrates commitment and resilience whilst being enthusiastic and proactive. You should be a team player who leads by example and has a strong development focus.
You will lead a 7 person team who are exposed to emergency situations and need to think on their feet. You will work along side then on the same shift pattern which is 4 days on and 4 days off, 12 hour shifts.
