Description |

Due to business growth, EDS New Zealand has several openings for experienced team leaders to take responsibility for the supervision of a team of processing staff; ensuring they meet the quality, productivity and service commitments EDS has promised to our clients.
You will be responsible for leading a team and maximising the day-to-day operational performance. You will be responsible for training and motivation, and will assist in planning workflows to ensure adequate cover for peak production times in shift based environments, monitoring staff performance and resolving production and quality issues.
To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in a supervisory role, demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic leadership style, have very well developed written and verbal communication skills and bring a knowledge of banking, (IIP or similar) procedures.
