ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
This global ad agency has repositioned itself in the NZ market as a highly-charged, well-resourced, up & coming agency. It has internationally-known blue chip brands, and is actively growing its position in the advertising industry.
The agency now has a senior suit vacancy on an iconic automotive account. This client enjoys a high profile due to heavy brand, retail & sponsorship advertising, and has a very long, stable association with this agency.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Being the most senior point of contact on the account; both internally & externally.
Preparing briefs (based on client input) for the agency to undertake work on behalf of the client.
Overseeing the gathering of all information relevant to the client, and ensuring that it is accurate and fresh. This includes financial information, research, briefs, client contacts, competitor client information, strategy, etc.
Establishing & maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and excellent relationships with all client contacts at all times.
Total immersion in the product category in which the client operates, to be able to contribute strategically to consumer insights & behaviour, and forward planning.
