Madison Contact Centre Salary: $34,000 - $36,000 + benefits

These roles are with one of the world's largest investment, banking and insurance organisations, and is working in a small, contact centre team environment. You will provide superior service (both written and verbal) to all clients requiring information regarding investment and insurance products.

You will need to be professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised, have a keen eye for numerical and written detail and be extremely client focused.
Most of all your personality, positivity and can-do attitude will see you securing one of these great roles. Intermediate computer skills required.
Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally combined with prior experience in the financial services or banking industry. This is beneficial but not essential.
