EDS provide help desk services to a number of high profile overseas and local clients on a 24x7 basis. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for a team delivering services to those clients - ensuring they meet the quality, productivity and service commitments EDS has promised to our clients. As we have a number of offshore based customers, some positions will be night shift. We are looking for experienced Supervisors to lead, coach and develop a team of Service Agents; ensure customer and business goals are achieved. You will be responsible for maximising the day-to-day operational performance of the team by ensuring your team is trained, motivated and fully productive and working to their full potential. We are looking for someone who understands the challenges of managing delivery to Service Level Agreements, and who is able to demonstrate some experience in managing people in a service driven environment. Typically the calls are of a technical nature, so an understanding of IT will be a real advantage, but not essential. Essentially you will have experience in leading teams within a call centre / help desk environment. We¡¯re looking for energy, motivation and a determination to succeed!
