1 x Settlements Officer Required
One of New Zealands fastest growing Mortgage companies is looking for a settlements Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opening for someone with a home loans background with experience in assessing / processing loan documentation.
The ideal candidate will have :
Excellent command of the English language
Understanding of all regulations and laws relating to documentation and the settlement process
Be able to work under pressure
Min 2 years Mortgage settlements experience
Problem solving skills and initiative
Commercial awareness
Experience in post settlement activities including : Upstamps Variations switching and discharges
Packaging loans
