ComCare Trust's busy recreation service requires an enthusiastic fieldworker to work alongside people in the community who experience mental illness.
The Activelinks Service encourages and assists people to become aware of and develop recreational and leisure interests. The Service focuses on promoting independence and participation in community life.
We require someone who can develop positive and purposeful relationships with service users, liaise effectively with mental health clinicians, be well organised, maintain accurate records and be clear about the limits of the role. Experience and qualifications in sport and recreation and/or the mental health sector would be an advantage.
