Facilities Manager Temp Role - Part Time
A LITTLE ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
- Private Hospital
- Epsom Based
A BRIEF OUTLINE OF YOUR ROLE
The primary purpose of your role will be to oversee multiple contractors including gardeners, cleaners, plumbers and builders, plus managing the facilities and procurement management system.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
- Managing the hospital plant including mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Assisting with critical out-of-hours issues.
- Managing external contractors with regards to maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Liaison with service providers for services relating to inspections.
- Assisting with administration and non-clinical services.
YOU WILL NEED
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualification/experience is desirable.
- Experience with managing contractors.
- Ability to manage plant, operational facilities.
- Sound computer skills in MS Office.
- The ability to work un supervised.
