Our client is a leading New Zealand property developer who has been synonymous with creating responsible, environmentally friendly and successful developments for over 45 years.
Their specialism in delivering balanced developments with economic, social and environmental benefits has created a boom in their workload. Due to this increase in business they are currently recruiting for a professional project manager to oversee a new commercial development. The project consists of a 6 story commercial office block and carparking.
You will oversee the delivery of this interesting project including the design management, managing the contractor and overseeing the fitout. You, therefore, must be able to demonstrate a solid career history in client side project management, design and commercial construction.
