Project Manager
Our client, a high profile Business Solutions Consultancy firm, is seeking a high quality Project Manager to join their high quality team, based in Auckland.
Internationally respected, they support clients throughout Australasia, East Asia, Europe and North America, servicing medium and large-scale Corporate organisations in the Finance, Telecommunications, Energy, Distribution and Government sectors. You will certainly be guaranteed a successful career with this successful company.
This position manages the definition, progress, quality and delivery of individual technology or business projects, within time/cost constraints, as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements in the Banking and Financial Services, Energy markets, Telecommunications and in Government.
You will:
Provide project management consultancy services to clients, managing expectations of clients in relation to project scope, progress and deliveries
Provide pre-sales support for the company¡¯s sales and marketing efforts, including bid management
Control of project budgets for projects up to $1M, Have prime responsibility for the profitability of projects under your management
Achieve chargeable hour targets as agreed with the Line Manager
Manage the activities of the project team to ensure the project outcomes are delivered in full, on time, and to client satisfaction
Ideally you will be tertiary qualified. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2-3 years relevant New Zealand experience in project management, this could suit experienced Project Managers from the Commercial Construction industry.
