Our New Zealand Office specializes in the Technical Markets, ie engineering, construction, mining and building services, and as such we have a need for quality candidates to fill these roles.
We have been working closely with a number of contractors here in New Zealand and with the construction industry and weather improving, we are currently searching for 4 construction project managers to start ASAP !!
We are currently recruiting Project Managers specifically for 3 companies to work on new build projects ranging from $15 - 25 million.
These projects are based in some of the most beautiful areas of New Zealand.
North Island -
Tauranga - 1 x Project manager
Required to start September/October
Palmerston North
Required ASAP !
South Island -
Marlborough Region
Required to start November/December
16 month project (could be project based if preferred)
Christchurch
Required to start ASAP !
Applicants are sought with the following key skills and experience:
A track record in Construction Project Management within New Zealand.
An excellent grounding in project planning and financial control
Proven skills in client management
An ability to lead a project team
New build experience of projects from $5 - $15 Million
Applicants need a tertiary background coupled with a strong grounding in contracts.
You must excel in client management and be an exceptional communicator.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with some of New Zealand's top contractors, who undertake projects across the commercial, retail and industrial arenas.
Packages for each position are attractive, but of course will depend on experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some great overseas knowledge and enjoy some of the more extreme sports or views of the snowy mountains that New Zealand has to offer...
