Building Services Manager
This company is one of New Zealand's largest and most successful property and construction companies. With a reputation for high quality, realistic time frames and competitive prices - this company has become a major operator in the non-residential building market.

As part of the Project Management Team, the purpose of this role is to ensure the safe and seamless co-ordination and management of the building services component of the project.

Effective relationship management is key to the success of this role - and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
You will also be able to:
* assist the project team to meet established financial budgets for each project
* Effectively manage and co-ordinate the building services related operation and resource requirements
* Effective and efficient handling of project documentation
* Ensure compliance in Health and Safety matters - where zero injuries is the goal
* Quality Assurance

You will need to have at least 10 years relevant experience with building services:

* A current Site Safe Gold Card
* Current Workplace First Aid Certificate
* Excellent problem solving
* Proven ability to read drawings
* A tertiary qualification - either Trade, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
