Project Manager Rostering System
Waitemata District Health Board, Based at Takapuna
Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) is seeking a Rostering System Project Manager to join our Corporate Division, based at our offices in Shea Terrace, Takapuna.
In this newly created role you will plan for and project manage the implementation of an integrated electronic timesheet and rostering system for all employees of WDHB, for which there are approximately 5,000 employees.
Key to this role is liaising with all services, within WDHB and healthAlliance to ensure that new business processes are understood and implemented correctly.
To be successful in this role you must have exceptional project management experience, and an excellent ability to problem solve and build relationships at all levels. An understanding of IT and payroll system implementation is preferable.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to get exposure to all departments and levels within the DHB.
