Due to growth of the business and the desire to constantly strive for increased customer service and improved results to key stakeholders, this fantastic position has been created and is awaiting you to make it yours. You will form part of the management team and alongside your own job responsibilities, you will lead by example and play a key role in acknowledging talent and further develop capability.
You will have above average interpersonal skills and work with business owners to continually understand and service their reporting needs. With a track record at interpreting data and providing meaningful analysis, your team will have a multitude of responsibilities including trend analysis, forecasting and business performance reporting. You will need good budget experience, and exceptional strong analytical skills with a flair for process.
You will need to be able to clearly demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a contact centre or service delivery environment will be desirable as well as your high level of enthusiasm and proactiveness. You will be tenacious and have confidence in the advice you provide to others.
