Technical Support and Documentation Specialist
Our client, New ZealandĄ¯s most dynamic mapping and GPS applications company is currently looking for a Technical Support and Documentation Specialist primarily responsible for providing technical support for our ClientĄ¯s survey and construction products.
Key tasks for the role include:
Developing high quality support material
Maintaining the support material data base
Therefore the successful applicant would ideally need to have a tertiary qualififcation and have knowledge of Survey (Geomatics), Civil Engineering or a related field. A passion for producing accurate and high quality documentation would be desirable. The person needs to be able to learn and present technical instructions.
We are looking for people who have knowledge of technical writing, excellent communication and relationship building skills, are strongly focused on the customer and are computer literate. To be successful in the role it is important that you can relate to all different types of people. The ideal person would need to be able to travel and must possess a current and up to date passport.
