Training Manager
Civil Engineering Operations (E & C APAC)
Our client a successful GPS Application Company is looking for a Training Manager who is primarily responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of product training related activities in conjunction with the Regional E & C Sales Management team.
The position reports to the Worldwide Training Manager. The primary responsibilities for the role are:
Determine APAC requirements for product related training courses regionally
Develop, implement and maintain course material and documentation
Ensure consistency of training presentations
The role also has Global responsibilities:
Working with the global team to develop standardised blended training options
Application and 3D simulations
Service training courses and training materials
The ideal applicant should have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and can demonstrate a proven ability to produce results in training utilisation, revenue and margin targets. Strong communication skills and effective relationship abilities are important to the role.
