Chef de Partie, Banquets
The Duxton Hotel is looking for a Chef for their banquet kitchen. You must have some experience in high quality, large volume establishments. This person will support the Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the Banquet Kitchen. To succeed in this position you will be talented, hardworking and have relevant trade qualifications.
Demi Chef de Partie
You must have some work experience. Qualifications are preferred.
