Spa Manager
Heritage Hotel Management Ltd operate the Heritage Hotels and CityLife Hotels throughout New Zealand, including Heritage Hotel & Spa du Vin.
Heritage Hotel & Spa du Vin currently has the opportunity for a dedicated Spa Manager to join their close knit team.
Reporting directly to the General Manger, the purpose of this role is to manage the day to day operation of the Spa, ensuring that standards are maintained, efficiency evident, and guest's needs and expectations exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Leadership skills
Business management or customer service qualifications
Full knowledge of spa operations with a minimum of 3 years experience
Strong communication skills
Positive and motivating attitude
