This organization is number one in the NZ market for their niche as well as being a global leader. The benefits are fabulous and the infrastructure is sound. The Auckland office is well established however due to an impending transfer they are losing their manager.
The role is diverse and will involve building the business in line with strategic plans, management of a team of 7 and growing, P&L Mangment, handling business planning and budgeting as well as client interface.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of the NZ market however of more importance is the ability to drive a recruitment business and lead a team. You will need lots of energy and understand the quality issues.
