North Island Regional Manager
The client is a large broadly based contracting company with an impressive growth and profit history. Its major clients are commercial companies and local authorities. Its North Island operations comprise three branches and 160 staff.
The key aspects of the role are to grow the business significantly while at the same time ensuring excellent implementation of service delivery. KPI¡¯s will include customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit, safety and staff satisfaction.
Candidates will typically come with a track record in senior roles within a contracting background preferably with experience in managing multi-site operations. Growing business through developing strong client relationships will be a feature of their experience. A tertiary qualification is essential.
