My client is a specialist agency delivering global services to clients in many different countries. This position can not be ˇ°put in a boxˇ± – it is a unique and demanding role which will continually test and challenge you. In a broad sense, your key responsibilities will involve:
Marketing – international promotional activity, using innovative and advanced communication to touch a specialised global audience, company branding activities, competitor analysis, PR and promoting the company to external contacts overseas
Recruitment – managing three staff, developing a highly qualified database of candidates, marketing to clients, networking and establishing sound relationships with key contacts in overseas markets and ensuring adherence to policy & process
Management Information Systems – managing the process to ensure that technology is well implemented, training conducted and that the systems are providing the relevant information to the company
