Our client is an Australasian based international logistics service provider offering a complete range of import, export, and supply chain logistics services. By taking a solution oriented approach to customer needs they have evolved from a traditional freight forwarder into one of the leading independent international logistics providers in New Zealand and Australia.
With branches throughout New Zealand and Australia they are uniquely positioned to cater for all supply chain distribution needs in the Australasian region. Through partnerships with leading logistics companies in Asia, the USA, UK and Europe they deliver a comprehensive global logistics solution.
Their business and staff numbers have grown to the point where they are seeking a qualified HR Manager to join their business in this newly created role. The core functions of the position will be to update and implement current HR policies and procedures for the New Zelaand branches while taking a strategic approach to current and future HR requirements for the business. You must have experience handling employment contracts while experience in handling the merger or acquisition of businesses is an advantage.
To be seriously considered for the position you will need to be an HR professional with the appropriate Tertiary qualifications and on the job experience. Our client is seeking a person who is well established in a Senior Management role with a robust personality combined with the ability to handle a broad range of issues in a professional and effective manner.
If you have a solid history of delivering quality HR systems and procedures in a fast paced industry combined with the ability to effectively "deliver your message" as part of the Senior Management team then this is the role for you.
Remuneration is open based on your qualifications and experience.
