You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, including some major accounts, focusing on the recruitment of permanent healthcare staff. As well as developing client relationships you will have the opportunity to find new clients throughout New Zealand. You will be working autonomously, growing your own specialised sector of the business and developing your client base. At the same time you will be working with the team around you on shared initiatives and to offer support - we all aim to help eachother succeed! You will need a high degree of self-motivation and initiative as well as a strong level of team orientation.
Candidates with previous recruitment experience, or experience and contacts in New Zealand healthcare from a clinical or administrative standpoint will have an advantage; however we are considering all applicants!
