Temp Team Support – Health Industry Experience? Join this great team, work in a positive fun environment and be challenged! This is not a sales position, as you will be working alongside five Temp Consultants.
Your primary responsibility will be resourcing temp staff along with the following:
, Screening/interviewing/evaluating candidates , Create and action an advertising plan to attract candidates , Maintain training calendar and organise training sessions , Maintain administration procedures , Run induction programs
Excellent systems are in place for the smooth running of the department, however you will need to have high energy levels as this is a fast paced environment.
Attention to deal, teamwork, the ability to work under pressure will all be natural attributes you possess.
If you have a background in the Health Industry or are a registered Nurse then we would definitely love to hear from you, however for the right candidate this is not necessarily essential.
