Client Service Manager
Icon's client, one of New Zealand's fastest growing consulting companies, needs a talented and enthusiastic team player to join their elite side of professional providers. This is not a position for the faint hearted and requires proven experience and adaptability. Acting as the Client Service Manager you will be a key member of the senior management team in New Zealand. Based in Auckland you will work closely along side the General Manager, Operations Manager, Team Leads as well as Financial and Sales Team members. Key Responsibilities for this position include managing the client team, revenue, profitability as well as creating and maintaining an appropriate account plan. These responsibilities will be carried out in alignment with key organizational strategies and policies. Non-financial functions include; recruiting, inducting, developing and retaining, managing, implementing and providing staff with the tools and capabilities to complete the job as well as actively contributing to the strategic direction of the company. In order to be able to affect this position you will need to be able to balance the relationships between both the internal and external stakeholders. External relationships need to be developed, and solidified while carrying out billable client work where expectations are set at around a 1000 hours. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and strategic thinking as well as proven success in developing client relationships and executing financial requirements.
