Les Mills - Business Systems Manager
This role will put you at the heart of one of New Zealand’s most dynamic, growing, brands whose mission is to improve the lives of New Zealanders.
It is a key position, reporting directly to the CEO and COO, and critical to ensure the effective use of IT within the business and in providing a major contribution to business growth and development.
You will be the “face of IT”, working to effectively manage the needs of the business and users. You will work closely with the management team to define business processes and to take ownership for the effective implementation of leading edge CRM based applications.
Les Mills have made significant investment in their IT infrastructure throughout the country and are continuing to develop applications that will help the business grow and enhance services for its valued membership.
Based in a great head office in Auckland’s CBD, you will be working with a team whose values include working hard, being the best, being supportive of each other and having fun. This is an environment where there is a passion for results – both in the business and at a personal level.
You are likely to possess good business acumen, have strong project management experience, be a great communicator and have the ability to inspire others. You are likely to already have experience of CRM applications, exposure to a range of Microsoft technologies and some experience in training and documentation. You may already have worked as a Business Analyst and are now looking for further challenges.
