Our client is a market leader in the provision of innovative solutions to the retail oil industry. They are currently searching for a professional support analyst to engage with technology partners and clients to ensure effective operations of their technical solutions in a post sales capacity.
This is a challenging role where you will manage all aspects of integrated support for the solutions from 1st to 3rd level. You will liaise with various teams to perform client needs analysis to support implementations, continuously reviewing best practice support processes and playing a key part in co-ordinating implementation and upgrade projects. So a broad and challenging role with a great mix of business and technical components.
The ideal candidate will possess a confident and friendly manner and enjoy working in a busy and dynamic work environment. You will demonstrate solid IT support skills, primarily with Microsoft technologies as well as hardware systems. Any exposure to Windows Servers and Citrix will be highly advantageous. You will also have a solid understanding of system support processes and have a highly organised nature that will allow you to co-ordinate projects and liaise with 3rd party suppliers. Any experience with Electronic Payment Solutions will certainly help your case.
