Technical Customer Support Representive





Our client is a well-known organisation with a reputation for excellent customer service and a fun and dynamic working environment. They are seeking a support analyst to join one of their technical phone support teams.

You will join a great bunch of people providing over the phone hardware support for specific products. You will be trained on these during a robust induction programme.

Successful applicants will have an outgoing and customer focussed personality with an excellent phone manner. Like your colleagues, you will be responsive and solutions orientated and have a sound customer service background. Some exposure or experience to computers or IT systems is advantageous, if not, just the enthusiasm to learn a bit of ˇ°techyˇ± stuff is needed! But customer service experience is a MUST as are patience and superb communication skills.
