An excellent opportunity has arisen for a warehouse manager to play a key part in this rapidly expanding international apparel company with more than 160 retail stores throughout Australasia.
This is a newly created position which brings with it great opportunities.
Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for optimising the efficient output of all warehouse functions through the maintenance of systems, regular reviews of changing business requirements, internal reporting and by following the correct policies and procedures.
You will have a proven background in managing a small team where your motivation and enthusiasm will really shine through and your ability to recruit, train and performance manage is paramount.
You will be familiar with OH&S procedures and you will establish and maintain set company standards across all divisions.
You¡¯ll have a proven understanding of working to deadlines ensuring that product is delivered in full on time whilst still composing and working to cost effective operations and budgets.
These qualities will be backed up by your friendly, positive attitude, sense of responsibility and overall professionalism and presentation.
Apparel industry experience would be very beneficial along with a good sense of humour!
