Tape Vault Librarian - Security
The Tape vault librarian position is an autonomous role with the day to day operation and the administration of the vault. With the inwards and outwards good being of a highly sensitive nature there is no room for mistakes.
You will need a high level of accuracy in data entry as well as the ability to learn an in-house database system to track the tapes. The person that gets this position will be meticulous and accurate in everything that they do to ensure this.
You will be a problem solver and be able to think on your feet to provide solutions for people involved in the transporting of the goods. You will be able to multi task and make sure that all is smooth with the movements to and from the vault as well as the accurate storage and retrieval of the media tapes.
The position is an 8am start until 5pm - 42 1/2 hour week with the pay being negotiable depending on skills and or experience.
A high level of communication and versatile personality will also be needed to interact with all levels of the company. An ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, stores experience or similar and computer literate.
