The key purpose of this role is to support the sales team by generating quality leads for them thereby improving product sales, revenue growth, profitability, customer retention and growth. You will also be responsible for updating all activities into the company¡¯s CRM.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly motivated, hungry to perform well, 100% customer focused, be a quick learner and have a positive ¡®can do¡¯ attitude. You¡¯ll also be a team player, have good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be persistent and will be confident in dealing with a wide variety of people.
Some telephone sales experience is essential.
