REGIONAL SALES AND BRANCH MANAGER competitive salary package company vehicle career advancement
Established manufacturer, importer and wholesale merchant seeking an exceptional individual with leadership, organisational skills and business acumen to fill pivotal role of regional sales and branch manager.
The Role Includes:
*Managing area sales reps, setting sales targets, developing, servicing and managing existing clients and developing new clients within existing and new territory
*Managing branch staff, stock, banking and debtors.
*Maintaining fleet expense budget and reporting the same to company accountant
Successful applicant will have:
* A proven long and stable track record with management experience within sales environment and within snack food and/or pharmaceutical industry
* Energy, self motivation and drive to lead your team to exceed targets
* Well developed communication skill that ensures you can relate well with clients, colleagues, suppliers and senior management
*Flexibility to relocate.
