Property Services Administrator - Christchurch based

Two Positions Available
Crane Distribution NZ Ltd is the name behind New Zealand's premium suppliers of trade-related products and is a highly successful business with a $500m turnover and a network of 135 branches nationwide. Due to the relocation of the Property function to their Corporate head office in Christchurch, two Property Services Administrator positions have become available. These roles provide invaluable administrative support to the GM Network Development and the Property Services Manager to ensure efficient and well organised property services.

Part of the Network Development team, these roles are responsible for providing accurate and timely support to ensure the delivery of both the strategic and daily transactional lease/property management of our branch network. Initially you will support and assist the implementation of suitable administrative procedures to ensure properties are managed professionally, securely and within CDNZ policies.

Technology savvy, the ideal candidates will require exceptional computer and database management skills, an ability to interpret reasonably complex legal contracts and financial data. Some knowledge of relevant property legislation will be an advantage as will strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Customer focussed, strong analytical ability and a meticulous and thorough approach to their work will be crucial for success.
