Our Client is one of New Zealands leading professional Entertainment Company with an enviable commercial portfolio. Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Building Supervisor to oversee a large commercial building.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will carry out the following responsibilities: overseeing contractors (direct, organise and supervise), liaising with tenants on a daily basis, providing general support to the operations team, inspect and report on essential services and overseeing the car parks.
The ideal candidate must have an electrical background, good understanding of general building operations combined and exceptional customer service skills.
