Our client, a Private Medical Hospital and are currently looking for a Part-Time Facilities Manager/Building Supervisor.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will carry out the following responsibilities: overseeing contractors (direct, organise and supervise), inspect and report on essential services and overseeing the hospital grounds, to assist the Administration Manager and Hospital Manager to achieve the hospitals business objectives by implementing and maintaining efficient systems, oversee all related compliance issues and be a pro-active face for the hospital.
The ideal candidate must have a mature outlook, have a trade or services background and have a good understanding of general building operations or from a Facilities Management background. Experience dealing with maintenance planning and exceptional customer service skills will also be thought of highly.
