Description |
Hyatt Hotel Canberra is searching for a passionate and creative Chef who is looking to make their mark within the Canberra culinary scene.
You will be classically trained in European or Asian cookery, but have a modern approach producing a quality and creative product. Essential is your knowledge in menu engineering, food and wage costing as well as managing a kitchen brigade within a 5 star environment.
Canberra offers a relaxed, friendly and cultured lifestyle and is only a short drive to the snow, beach and Sydney for those days off.
At The Hyatt Hotel Canberra, you will be in an environment that offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to progress within both this Hotel and Hyatt internationally.
Sponsorship and relocation is available for the right candidate. Salary approx $55,000 base, Australian.
