Track to Group Finance Manager Role

The Role
The Accounting Manager will be the right hand to the Group Finance Manager. You will lead a team of 6 part-qualified to qualified accountants and be responsible for financial and statutory reporting. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a number of special projects as well.
The Candidate
You will optimally be CA qualified with strong technical skills. You will have had experience directly or indirectly managing staff and want to develop those skills further. The role fits someone who's flexible and keen to take on additional responsibility and special projects. Team fit will be important and this is a close-knit very stable team. Your challenge will be to keep them challenged and growing.
This position has the potential to move into the Group Financial Manager, with a staff of 35, role within 1 – 3 years.
