We have created an integrated service model in which crisis nurses work in strong and cohesive teams with other leading mental health professionals. Now fully bedded in, we're seeing remarkable results for clients and their families and we're looking for a crisis focused nurse working rostered shifts on a four and two roster.
It is an exciting time to join our service as we have just moved to a brand new, purpose built community mental health centre in Henderson. We are also in the process of developing closer working relationships with the Acute Inpatient Unit, which is also of being re-built. Have your say and assist in pushing the boundaries of co-operation between the inpatient unit and the community that it is in.
