Description |
Are you a comprehensive or psychiatric nurse with a commitment to Maori Mental health?
Whitiki Maurea is a part of Waitemata District Health Board's Mental Health and Regional Alcohol & Drug Services. MOKO (Henderson) and Maurea (Takapuna) provide both Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Services to Maori within the Waitemata catchment area. We are currently looking to recruit two experienced nurses to work in this specialist Maori service.

As a Registered Comprehensive or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will have proven experience in mental health practice and be committed to improving the mental health status of Maori.
Working within a collaborative team environment, this is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and understanding in all aspects of Maori Mental Health.
Ideally you will have an understanding of Maori Models of practice, however some training will be provided.
