Our client is the fastest growing Alpaca Luxury Rug manufacturing and exporting business based in Auckland.
They have recently purchased a large healthfood and gift shop operation and are looking for an experienced individual who can manage the retail/wholesale operation and also a person who can manage the company¡¯s overall export business in the Asian markets.
The sales position will be responsible for managing and supervising the day to day operation of their healthfood retail /wholesale store. And the export position will be responsible for developing new export opportunities for Alpaca rugs and various deer health products in the Asian markets especially, in Korea, Japan and China.
Your main responsibilities will include:
£ªDay to day management of a Healthfood wholesale/retail shop (T/A Deer New Zealand Research Ltd)
£ªActive development of Asian (mainly Korean) importing customers
£ªManagement of wholesale customers relationships
£ªAssisting the company¡¯s on-line healthfood & gift shopping mall development targeting other Asian customers
The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge in healthfood nutrition and preferably some management or marketing background in selling medical products in either Korea, Japan or China. Management experience and good people skills are essential as the position requires dealing with various types of import/wholesale customers.
