Description |
This position allows senior nurses to maintain a practise focus whilst also taking responsibility for providing nursing leadership to nurses within Specialist Maori Mental Health.
Working in a close partnership with a multi-disciplinary team, your caseload will be reduced to allow you to focus on providing supervision for nursing practice. You will be responsible for leading teaching activities and supporting the implementation of changes in clinical practice based upon evidential research findings.
Successful applicants will have RCpN, RPN or degree leading to registration, and will hold a current practicing certificate. They will have proven expertise in community mental health nursing, and also have completed or be near completion of postgraduate nursing studies.
