** Office Manager
Company: Local Government New Zealand Location: Wellington City, Wellington Type: Permanent Your reference #: N69936 As the champion of best practice in the local government sector, we provide policy, advice and training to councils through New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to be part of our fast paced office. You will enjoy being part of our warm and friendly, team of staff.
In this role you will provide efficient administrative support for our Chief Executive and the President of our National Council. You will also be responsible for effectively managing our busy office (including the Receptionist).
You will be a person with: - Superior organization and time management skills - Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
Experience leading administrative staff Hands on experience in financial systems and project management A keen interest in the local government area
