Description |
A position is available for an energetic and enthusiastic team leader to lead our team of Tourism Consultants.
This role involves motivating, encouraging and supporting a team of Consultants, organising rosters, providing a positive environment to work in, increasing efficiency of current systems and ensuring a high level of Customer Service is being delivered at every point of contact.
We are looking for somebody with:
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent people skills
Excellent telephone manner and Customer Service Skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Initiative
Sense of humour
Ability to identify and implement efficient systems
Excellent computer skills
