We are looking to appoint a new receptionist to join our team of very experienced professionals. Your key role will be to provide top customer service whilst providing efficient and timely admin services to the team.

You will be working with some of the top consultants in Wellington and this is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills as well as bring existing skills into our environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Frontline reception duties including meet and greet of clients into the reception area.
Word processing, document formatting and customer based system work
General administration and office duties

Accuracy and attention to detail will be key attributes you have and your written and verbal communication will be well established. Having good computer based skills will be essential as will be your initiative.

We are a busy team and your ability to fit into such an environment will be a key element in your success. Salary is based on experience but is expected to be around the $30k per annum. We also offer comprehensive medical and income protection insurance.
